Anti-Addiction Orientation Training Was Conducted for All Academic Units.

As part of the Addiction Prevention Commission's activities, an addiction prevention orientation training was held for all first-year students.

The program, carried out in cooperation with the Balıkesir Provincial Police Department's Narcotics Crimes Division and the Balıkesir Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, was implemented across all campuses of our university between October 21 and 23, 2025.

The program featured Police Officer Senemnur Kutluk, Police Officer Mehmet Raşit Babacan, Yeşilay Trainer and Sociologist Seda Selin Gök, and Psychologist Mehmet Karabatan as speakers. The program, which provided information on types of addiction and ways to prevent them, concluded with a question-and-answer session and a group photo.

We wish all our students a healthy, happy, and successful academic year, free of addiction.
