A Teaching Oath Ceremony was Held in our Physical Education and Sports Teaching Department

The Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching, Faculty of Sport Sciences, organized a "Teaching Oath Ceremony" for the 2024-2025 academic year graduates.

The ceremony began with remarks by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Yağmur Akkoyunlu, and our Department Head, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Büşra Süngü. Following the presentation of awards to the students who achieved success, the Teacher Oath was recited.

TEACHER'S Oath

"I swear upon my honor and dignity that I will remain faithful to the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, Atatürk's reforms and principles, and Turkish nationalism as expressed in the Constitution;

I will implement the laws of the Republic of Turkey with impartiality and adherence to the principles of equality;

I will embrace, protect, and work to develop the national, moral, human, spiritual, and cultural values ​​of the Turkish nation;

I will be aware of my duties and responsibilities towards the Republic of Turkey, a national, democratic, and secular state governed by the rule of law, based on human rights and the fundamental principles of the Constitution, and that I will demonstrate these in my actions."

We hope that our students will never forget the oaths they took as they set off for their professional careers and wish them success in their future endeavors.
