As part of our university's sports facilities and services, we kindly request that students wishing to participate in sports team tryouts or submit event proposals for the 2026–2027 season complete the Google Form available via the link above.

Based on the information you provide through the form, we will create both an athlete pool and an event data pool to assist with season planning.
